1. How do I know online shopping is safe & what if you don't send me the product?

We are not a big fan of internet technology but we do realize how important is to secure and protect our valuable customers. Heritage84 has proceeding 3 level of security.


  1. We have McAfee be our first all over defend, make sure there is No Malware or Malicious Links, No Phishing Detected, And our SSL Certificate is valid.

  2. Second, via our shopping cart provider, customers personal detail are protect and secure by SSL, make sure all of your personal information is secured & carefully sealed.

  3. Finally we basically only accept PayPal (unless face trade with cash). All the processes go throughout PayPal payment gateway, We will not obtain any one of your credit card details. And PayPal as provides after service, you are perfectly safe to purchase in here.


To make people even more confident in online shopping, we also have shop in Facebook and Etsy,  you can also use these platform to buy our products.


We highly recommend our guest register and pay through PayPal one of the world's leading payment gateway, with PayPal account, you won't have to disclose or reveal your credit card to any online store. That will surely make your online shopping easy safe.
If you didn't receive your product or you receive an empty box you can use PayPal’s online resolution center to report your dispute. You must do so within 180 days of paying.

How do I know, if the product is real or not?

Our products are carefully picked, and all of them have a clear description of the material, weight, and general looking. When you received the product and found it doesn't match to what we description, you are welcome to send it back, we have (30 days refund policy) apply to ensure you don't waste your money.      


Where can I purchase, is there any store in town? Where is the company base at?

 We base in Hong Kong, run only as an online store, we don't have any actual store in town, and that's the reason we could set up our price more reasonable and affordable to our clients.   


If I am going to return a product, who is gonna pay for the return shipping fee?

 If it was us send you the wrong product, we would pay the return fee along with the refund payment, the sum of shipping fee will not be more than USD 15 (for international buyer). For other reason that cause product return, the buyer should afford the return shipping charge. (please read Terms and condition)


How long will my order take to arrive?


We have a few delivery options

 1. Standard Shipping E-express (apx. Cost USD 5) We cover some of the charges, so no matter where you are, you pay the same cost This option would take about 10-18 days to deliver your product. We highly recommend our client use Standard Shipping E-express 

2. International Priority shipment (apx. Cost USD 20) (For this option we will use FedEx / UPS / DHL or some other international shipping company to deliver your product, We will cover some of the charges, so our client only pay no more than USD20,) and it takes about 3-6days to arrive.


3. Local pick up & Local postal (Cost USD 2) Hong Kong client can either send email to arrange to pick up time with us, or choose local postal service, which takes about 1 week
